5. RETURN AND REFUND
5.1 You may cancel the Contract and receive a refund, if you notify us as set out in clause 5.3 or clause 5.4 within 15 days of your decision to cancel the Contract.
5.2 However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of any perishable/sterile goods that have been opened or where packaging seals have been broken.
5.3 To cancel the Contract, you must complete the contact form and choose ‘cancellation’ on the Site. If you use this method we will email you to confirm we have received your cancellation.
5.4 You can also email us at [help@olympiabeautyonlinestore.com]. Please include details of your order to help us to identify it. Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the email.
5.5 If you have returned the Goods under this clause 5 because they are faulty or mis-described, you will be entitled to a full refund of the price of the Goods and will be refunded to the credit card or debit card you used to pay.
5.6 If Goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel the Contract then you must return them to the brand partner without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract.
